Project proposal
The tensile bond strength of 1.2MPa silicone structural adhesive is selected, the construction environment temperature control is 15-25℃, the glue injection thickness is strictly controlled at 3.5-4.5mm, and the automation equipment is used for accurate construction.
Outcome of settlement
After testing, the bond strength reached 1.3MPa, exceeding the standard; Weather resistance test 15 years without cracking aging; The glue seam error is ±0.3mm to achieve the goal of safe, durable and beautiful curtain wall construction.
