Strength requirements: It is necessary to ensure that the adhesive can withstand various external forces in daily use, such as collision, vibration, etc. Generally, the shear strength is required to reach more than 10MPa to ensure the stability of the structure and prevent safety hazards caused by loosening.
Environmental protection requirements: restaurants are densely populated places, adhesives need to meet national environmental standards, formaldehyde release should be less than 0.124mg/m³ (E1 level standard), to avoid the release of harmful gases affecting the health of customers and employees.
Water and heat resistance requirements: water vapor and temperature change in the kitchen and dining area, the adhesion should have good water and heat resistance, and the strength will not exceed 15% after 72 hours of water resistance test, and it can maintain stable performance under 60℃ environment.
Project proposal
Material selection: The choice of epoxy resin AB adhesive, its curing bond strength is high, the shear strength can reach 15-20MPa, can meet the strength needs; Good environmental performance, formaldehyde emission is far lower than the national standard; And water resistance, heat resistance is good, can adapt to complex environment.
Construction process: Before construction, ensure that the wood bonding surface is clean, dry and free of oil. Proportionally prepare epoxy resin AB glue and stir well. Use a brush or scraper to evenly apply glue to the surface of the wood, and control the thickness of the glue layer at 0.1-0.2mm. Quickly splice the wood and apply appropriate pressure to fix it to ensure tight bonding. Cure at room temperature for 24 hours, avoid disturbance during curing.
Quality control: real-time monitoring of adhesive thickness and splicing accuracy during construction. After construction, 10% of the adhesive parts are randomly selected for strength sampling to check whether the standards are met; Use professional instruments to detect environmental indicators such as formaldehyde emission.
Outcome of settlement
Strength standard: tested by professional institutions, the average shear strength at the bonding point reaches 18MPa, far exceeding the expected 10MPa standard. In multiple simulated collision and vibration tests, the structure is stable and not loose.
No worries about environmental protection: The formaldehyde emission test result is 0.08mg/m³, lower than the E1 standard, in line with the environmental requirements of food and beverage stores, creating a healthy environment for customers and employees.
Good water and heat resistance: After 72 hours of water resistance test, the strength only decreased by 8%; It is continuously placed at 60℃ for 48 hours, and the bonding performance has no significant change, which can adapt to the complex environment of the kitchen and dining area, and ensure the long-term stability of the wooden structure.
