Core requirements
The owner pursues an environmentally friendly, stable and beautiful decoration effect of the private residence and puts forward strict requirements for the adhesive bonding process. In terms of environmental protection, it is required that the volatile organic compound (VOC) emission of the adhesives used be lower than the national standard, and the VOC content in each cubic meter of space does not exceed 0.08mg. In terms of stability, ensure that the shear strength of the bonding area reaches above 1.5MPa, capable of withstanding the tensile and compressive forces during daily use for a long time. At the same time, it is hoped that the bonding area will have a smooth and seamless appearance, without affecting the overall simple and natural decoration style.

In terms of material selection, low-VOC adhesives that meet European environmental protection standards are chosen, such as polyurefo-based adhesives, whose VOC emission is only 0.05mg/m³. For the bonding requirements of different materials, professional gluing techniques are adopted. For example, when splicing wooden boards, use a gluing machine to apply glue evenly, control the thickness of the glue layer within 0.1-0.2mm, and ensure that the shear strength reaches 2.0MPa. At the bonding point between stone and metal, a special formula structural adhesive is used. Through fixed-point application of adhesive and pressure fixation, a firm connection and a smooth appearance are ensured. During the construction process, operations should be carried out strictly in accordance with the adhesive usage instructions, and the environmental temperature (15-25 ℃) and humidity (40-60%) should be precisely controlled.
Outcome of settlement
According to tests by authoritative institutions, the VOC content in the indoor air is stably maintained at 0.06mg/m³, far below the national standard, effectively ensuring the environmental protection and health of the living environment. Strength tests were conducted on the bonding parts. The average shear strength reached 2.2MPa, far exceeding the predetermined standard, and the stability was excellent. From the appearance, all the bonding parts are smooth and flat, without any gaps or glue overflow, and blend perfectly with the overall simple and natural decoration style. The owner is highly satisfied with the decoration effect, achieving multiple goals of environmental protection, stability and aesthetics, setting an excellent example for the adhesive bonding decoration of private residences.
