420 meters curved shaped curtain wall, need to withstand 14 typhoon and temperature deformation
The traditional structural adhesive was stratified in the dynamic wind pressure test
Solution:
Two-component silane-modified polyether adhesive (MS adhesive)
The elastic modulus reaches 3.5MPa and the displacement capacity is ±50%
GB/T 23261-2020 standard 2000 hours of aging test
Project results:
A single 1.8 tons of glass can be installed without bolts
25% shorter than the original construction period, won the "China Architectural Engineering Decoration Award"
